Niwat Puttaprasart, born in Bangkok, is a notable figure in Thai literature. He began writing in 1991, with his first short story published in 1992 in the “Siam Rath Weekly Review” newspaper. Demonstrating his commitment to promoting Thai literature, Niwat founded a small publishing house and established Thailand’s first literary website. His contributions have significantly influenced the contemporary Thai literary scene. He also shoots street, portrait and landscape photography.
